Are your items made with Authentic material? 

  • 100% - every single canvas is authenticated and or purchased directly from the designers stores 
  • Each item is handmade with love! I love that I can take something old and repurpose it into something beautiful and fun without having you spend the designers price tags!
Wholesale orders?
  • I have gotten a number of request for wholesale orders, thank you for inquiring but at this time I will not be doing wholesale. I will consider a discount on a larger number of orders.  Please contact me designsbythesimsshop@gmail.com.   
Will you ship to Canada or anywhere else beside the united states?
  • I can ship worldwide it will be extra for shipping and due to the virus it will have to go through customs at my local post. Items may take longer than a month if shipped outside the USA! Just FYI!

How long will my order take?
  • CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 1-2 week turnaround. Cell phone cases will take up to three weeks to make. *once item has been dropped off to the shipping provided I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once items have been dropped off to the shipping carrier Thanks!
  • We ship worldwide with most of the orders being shipped USPS First Class with tracking or Priority. There are options for UPS and Fed-ex so please allow 5 to 7 business days for your item to arrive once it has shipped.
